Membership includes free guests and skills assessments. We take care of the upkeep and storage. You take care of the fun.

Adult Memberships (18+)
Individual
Membership $295
Good for 1 adult 18+ years old. Membership lets you bring your guests (aged 5+) recreational sailing in the boat with you or kayaking (up to 2 kayaks) with you for free. Members also enjoy free access to Canal Dock’s erging and yoga classes.
Founders
Membership $595
Good for 1 adult 18+ years old. Membership lets you bring your guests (aged 5+) recreational sailing in the boat with you or kayaking (up to 2 kayaks) with you for free. Members also enjoy free access to Canal Dock’s erging and yoga classes.
Includes a $300 tax deductible donation to Sail Haven/Canal Dock Boathouse, Inc. for those that can afford to support community sailing in New Haven.
Financial Assistance
We strive to serve the entire community by providing financial assistance. To be eligible, an applicant must be a resident of New Haven, CT at or below 80% of Area Median Income and be receiving benefits from the State of Connecticut.
Please email sailhaven@canaldock.org with a copy of the applicant’s SNAP, WIC, Husky, Medicaid, or EBT card.
